Appraisal leads
Homeowners who searched for what their property is worth and asked for an appraisal. Supply is limited by how the pages rank, not by how much you spend — which is why we sell exclusivity rather than volume.
We price per suburb rather than publishing one figure. Exclusive rights to Howick are worth what a Howick commission is worth, and Ōtara is a different number. Tell us the suburbs you work and we will quote against their search volume.

Questions
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because one figure cannot be right across the whole of Auckland. Exclusive rights to a suburb are worth what the commission on a sale there is worth, so Howick and Otara are not the same number. We quote against the suburbs you actually work, and we show you the search volume behind the quote.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Suburb exclusivity and always-on advertising run month to month with thirty days notice. Pay-per-lead has no commitment at all.
What happens if a lead is bad?
If the contact details are disconnected or false, tell us and we replace it. We do not replace leads simply because the homeowner decided not to sell — that is the nature of appraisal work.
How many leads will I get?
It depends on the suburb, the season and where the page ranks that month. We will show you the search traffic and request volume for your suburbs before you commit to anything, rather than quoting a number we cannot stand behind.
Do I need a licence?
Yes. We only work with agents licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, and we check every application against the REA public register.
Is ad spend included in the advertising plans?
Yes. The monthly fee covers both the management and the media spend, so there is no separate bill from Meta or Google.
